Program Director (Staff and Classrooms)

I have 20+ years experience in public and private education. I hold a BA in Education from Fairmont State University, a MA in Education from Southern Wesleyan University and an EdS  degree in Elementary School Administration and Supervision from Clemson University, both in South Carolina.  I taught for 13 years in public education before moving back to West Virginia and starting my career at Sunbeam in 2010.  I have worked in the Toddler and WV Pre-K classrooms before moving into my current role as the Program Director. In my current role, I am the direct supervisor of all staff and I work alongside the classroom teachers to provide the best quality learning experience for our children. I am a STARS trainer and currently teach ACDS (Apprenticeship for Child Development Specialist) classes to adults working toward their ACDS certification.
